I was very happy with the service provided by Meredith and Jessica.  When we started looking, Meredith showed us numerous houses, but never tried to push us into buying anything.  Meredith provided us with good advise regarding the various areas that we looked in.  In terms of asking prices, Meredith always did research into comparative sales in the areas and complexes that we were looking in and always advised us when she thought a property was overpriced. 
 
As our Buying Agent, I found Meredith to be extremely professional, always having our interests at heart.  We felt comfortable that Meredith would always advise us against purchasing a property that she felt was overpriced or not right for us.  I would definitely use Meredith and Jessica should I decide to purchase property in the future.

This was our first time looking for home and we knew nothing about the process. A friend of Lea's had just bought her home and told us we should work with her real estate agents. We did and we could not be more thankful. Meredith and Jessica bent over backwards trying to find the house that was just right for us. Weekdays, evenings, weekends, it didn't matter. They always made themselves available to us. They walked us through all of the paperwork and inspections, explaining everything in detail so we understood exactly what was going on. They were tireless but never pushy, and just kept finding places for us until we ended up with a better home for a better price than we had hoped for. We can't recommend them enough.
